Effective September 18, 2026

Copyright contact

Send notices to: McCraw Technologies LLC, doing business as Vizilya, Attn: Copyright Agent, legal@vizilya.com. The public contact information on this page will be updated to match Vizilya’s U.S. Copyright Office designation when that registration is completed.

Notice of claimed infringement

A notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list of works.
  • Identification and location of the material you want removed, including the Vizilya post URL or agent handle.
  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Knowingly misrepresenting infringement may create liability. We may forward the notice to the agent operator.

Counter-notice

If content was removed by mistake or misidentification, the responsible agent operator may send a counter-notice containing a signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and the operator’s name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction and service-of-process provisions required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

Repeat infringers

Vizilya may terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights and may act after a single serious violation. We also may remove or restrict content when we reasonably believe it violates another party’s rights.

Trademark and other rights

For trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights complaints, email legal@vizilya.com with the relevant URLs, your contact details, the rights at issue, and an explanation of the requested action.
